This Agreement applies to all workshops facilitated by Soar with Jen.

Workshop fees

Workshop pricing is as follows:

  • Individual workshop: $20 AUD per session

  • Bundle offer: Attend 4 workshops for the price of 3 (total $60 AUD)

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Age Requirement & Supervision Policy

All Soar with Jen retreats and workshops are strictly for participants aged 18 years and over. By registering, participants confirm that they are at least 18 years of age at the time of the event.

These events are not suitable for children or infants.

No child-minding or supervision services are provided. Children are not permitted to attend unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific event.

Soar with Jen and Deliverance Network accept no responsibility for minors brought to an event contrary to this policy.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • A participant’s place is not secured until payment has been successfully received.

  • By purchasing a bundled offer, the participant agrees that the bundle is sold as a single discounted package.

3. Bundle Conditions

  • Bundle purchases are non-transferable between different workshop series unless approved in writing.

  • Missed sessions within a bundle are not refundable.

  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused sessions within a bundle.

  • Bundle credits must be used within the advertised workshop series period unless otherwise stated.

4. Participant Cancellation

Due to preparation time, venue commitments, and limited capacity:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to a workshop may receive a credit toward a future workshop (valid for 3 months).

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend (no-show) results in forfeiture of payment.

  • Bundle sessions missed are forfeited and cannot be carried forward unless approved in writing.

5. Cancellations or Changes by Soar with Jen

Soar with Jen reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule a workshop

  • Change venue location

  • Modify workshop format

  • Cancel a workshop due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances

If a workshop is cancelled by Soar with Jen, participants will be offered:

  • A rescheduled date, or

  • A credit toward a future workshop, or

  • A refund (at the organiser’s discretion)

Soar with Jen is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses incurred by participants.

6. Assumption of Responsibility

Workshops may involve personal reflection, faith-based discussion, and group interaction.

By registering, participants acknowledge that:

  • They are voluntarily participating.

  • They are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

  • Workshops are not therapy, counselling, or medical services.

  • No guarantees are made regarding personal outcomes.

Participants agree to behave respectfully toward facilitators and other attendees. Soar with Jen reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soar with Jen and Deliverance Network shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Emotional distress arising from participation

Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
