Deliverance Network / Soar With Jen provides faith-based services including:

• Speaking engagements

• Private prayer sessions (in-person and online)

• Workshops (in-person and online)

• Christian women’s retreats

All services are spiritual, educational, and encouragement-based in nature.

No service constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Jennifer Jessop and any volunteers, speakers, or facilitators:

• Are not acting as medical or mental health practitioners;

• Do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions;

• Do not provide crisis or emergency services.

Participants are solely responsible for seeking independent professional advice for any medical, psychological, or other health-related matters.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you must seek appropriate emergency services immediately.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in retreats and activities may involve inherent risks, including physical injury, emotional discomfort, travel risks, outdoor hazards, and interactions with other participants.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

• You are physically and mentally capable of participating.

You agree that you are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing at all times.

You are 18 yrs old or over.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deliverance Network, Soar With Jen, Jennifer Jessop, volunteers, contractors, venues, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your participation in services or activities;

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions;

• Your negligent or unlawful conduct;

• Injury or loss caused by your actions toward other participants.

This indemnity survives the conclusion of the event or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

• We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.

• We are not liable for personal injury, illness, emotional distress, loss, theft, or damage to property.

• We are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, venue changes, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, our liability is strictly limited to:

• The resupply of the services; or

• The cost of resupplying the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Participants must:

• Disclose relevant medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to attendance;

• Follow all safety instructions and briefings;

• Cease participation in any activity if they feel unwell or unsafe.

We reserve the right to refuse participation in any activity where safety concerns arise.

All physical activities are undertaken at your own risk.

Allergen-free meals cannot be guaranteed.

7. Behaviour & Removal

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Illegal drug use

• Unauthorised alcohol consumption

• Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour

• Harassment of participants or staff

We reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe or inappropriate conduct without refund.

All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated below.

• Cancellation within 60 days of the event: 50% of total booking fee payable.

• Cancellation within 14 days of the event: 100% of total booking fee payable.

• No refunds are provided once the event or service has commenced.

• Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund.

If an event is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (including venue issues, weather, government restrictions, or public health orders), bookings may be transferred to a future date. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.

We are not responsible for non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants.

By attending any event, you grant Deliverance Network / Soar With Jen irrevocable permission to:

• Capture photographs, video, and audio recordings;

• Use such material for promotional, educational, website, and social media purposes;

• Edit, publish, reproduce, or distribute such material without compensation.

If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

We reserve discretion regarding final use of content.

Participants agree:

• To maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by other attendees;

• Not to record sessions without permission;

• Not to distribute retreat materials externally.

All teaching materials, content, branding, and program materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Deliverance Network / Soar With Jen and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written consent.

For online sessions:

• We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate internet access and device compatibility.

• Sessions must not be recorded without express written permission.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information Collected

We may collect:

• Name

• Contact details

• Payment information

• Emergency contact information

• Medical or dietary information relevant to retreats

• Any information voluntarily provided

Use of Information

Information is used for:

• Service delivery

• Event administration

• Payment processing

• Safety and emergency management

• Marketing (where consent has been given)

We may disclose personal information to:

• Payment processors

• Contractors assisting with event delivery

We do not sell personal information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
